Our Tour Vouchers are valid for a variety of guided tours in Lisbon, all done with our premium e-bikes for the best experience.

  • Half-day Tours
    • 1 Person: 60 €
    • 2 People: 100 €
  • Full-Day Tour
    • 1 Person: 90 €
    • 2 People: 150 €

  • These vouchers are valid for tours with the selected duration.
  • You don’t need to select a specific tour when purchasing — simply schedule your tour later, subject to availability.
  • Tours are led by experienced guides who will provide a unique and personalized experience.

Gift cards

Not sure which tour to choose? Let the recipient decide with a Bravel Gift Card. The gift card can be used towards any of our tours or for items in our shop.

Available gift card values:

  • 25 €
  • 50 €
  • 100 €

 

📌 How it Works:

Gift Cards work as credits that can be used for:

  • Any of our available tours.
  • Merchandise or items in our shop.
  • Bike maintenance services.

 

If the tour or product exceeds the gift card value, the recipient can pay the difference directly.

How to Purchase Your Voucher or Gift Card

  • Reach Out to Us: To purchase a voucher or gift card, simply contact us at [email protected].
  • Payment: After your payment is processed, we will send you a printable voucher via email with a unique code.
  • Sustainability: For environmental reasons, we do not print physical vouchers. The voucher will be delivered digitally, and you can print it yourself if needed.

How to redeem a Tour Voucher

To redeem your voucher, please follow one of the options below:

  1. By Email: Contact us at [email protected], providing the following details:

    • The voucher type and voucher number
    • The name of the tour you wish to book
    • Your preferred date for the tour

  2. In Person: You can also visit our physical shop to redeem your voucher. Please bring the voucher details along with the tour name and preferred date.

Terms & Conditions

  • Validity: Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Non-refundable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • No Cash Refunds: If the value of the purchase is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will not be refunded in cash or credited back.
  • Booking: Bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance.
